AMAZING!!!! Just had the spring break on our garge door, looked on our neighborhood Facebook page for references and Perry's was the first one that came up with good reviews. Astounding customer service! I emailed after hours. They responded early the next morning. Sent out a tech the next day, arriving early in the time-range. Hugo had the old door opener removed and the new one installed in under an hour. Surprisingly, Hugo oiled and greased all the door rollers and hinges, something I hadn’t asked for, but was appreciative. He disassembled the old opener, put the pieces in his truck to haul away and swept up. One would never know he had been there. Cost was reasonable. Very impressed! Perry’s five-star rating is well deserved. This is the way a customer service business should be run. Highly recommend!

Excellent service. The spring on our garage door broke at approximately 8pm on a Thursday. I called at about 8:15PM and they answered the phone and talked with me about a repair the next day. Perry came out to my house 1.5 hours before the appointment time slot (he did call and ask if it was okay) and replaced the torsion tube and spring within an hour. I value his service because he:
1) explained to me what was wrong and showed me,
2) gave me options on the repair and gave me an estimate,
3) fixed the issue quickly and effectively,
4) demonstrated the problem was solved, and
5) he showed me the broken part (this quote honestly was one of the most important things he did).
I would not hesitate to use him again and to recommend him to others.

Perrys Garage Door services should be recommended for the entire San Antonio area. I was contacted by them, when I scheduled the installation with Lowes. The dispatcher contacted me the very next day and was very professional when setting up the appointment. Although she couldnt answer one of my questions, she tactfully told me that she would get me an answer and to my amazement she promptly provided me an answer within the hour. They called the day before the appointment to confirm the time and the tech. On the day of service the tech called to advise of his arrival time. My garage door broke, called Perry's and they showed up that day. They quickly diagnosed the problem and came back the next day and fixed it expeditiously. Not often you find a business that is honest, efficient, and friendly. Highly recommend!

And because garage doors are something we all take for granted, you really don't want to deal with a lot of back and forth when yours malfunctions. I had to share the excellent service I received yesterday. Last night after arriving home around 5:15pm, I heard the garage door spring break, and found a broken cable as well. I reached out to Perry's, who helped me with a rental house repair about a month ago. Derrick and his assistant arrived around 6pm, and it was like watching a NASCAR pit crew! They replaced the door spring & cables, re-aligned the tracks, adjusted & lubricated everything and were out the door in 20 mins flat! Cannot recommend them enough! Perry was extremely easy to work with, and went above and beyond to not just perform a service but genuinely help me. My landlord didnt have a garage door opener and when I requested one, the landlord installed the cheapest unit he could find himself. It was lurching terribly every time we lowered it, and I was worried it would fall on my wifes car. I called perry, and he came over later that afternoon. He inspected it, made several adjustments, lubed the door and made sure it was safe for my family for a very reasonable price. Had a problem with my garage door being stuck in the up position on a Sunday afternoon. Needless to say I thought if nothing else I would be sleeping in my garage until I could get someone in on Monday. Found this company and low and behold they were there that same Sunday afternoon. Wonderful service! I contacted Perry's (and two other providers) based on positive Yelp reviews and obtained pricing from all to replace a broken linear spring. All quotes were similar. I liked the fact that Perry suggested converting our linear springs to torsion springs (which made sense as we've needed to replace them more often than I'd like). After seeing the results I had him convert all three of our doors. The doors worked perfectly. I was so pleased with the results that I decided to have Perry replace our aging Genie screw-drive openers with Chamberlain belt-drive units. Again, great work and equally positive results. I had Perry leave a stack of his cards that I will hand out to friends. My highest recommendation!

Not only did they replace the spring, converting it to a better type than the one that broke, but they then adjusted the garage door opener mechanism. Wanted to give a shout out to Derrick at Perry's Garage Door. I was in TX getting our home prepared for sale when a spring broke on one of the doors. I called Perry's after reading some positive reviews and am so glad I did. Derrick came to the house the day he promised and was ON TIME! He not only fixed the springs, he made adjustments to the other door, cleaned the openers, replaced a remote and even changed out a battery in my daughter's remote for her house. He is as good as the reviews say and I would encourage you to call him if you need help. BTW, he also offers a military discount :-)

I can not say enough positive things or recommend Perry's Garage door services enough. Derrick is excellent!! He is very knowledgeable and professional and was great to deal with. We even had to reschedule service a few times to replace our top panel on our large door and he was so nice to bear with our schedules and was always pleasant. He identified some other issues and worked with us on getting them fixed and was very reasonable. I trust him completely ...he wasn't out to nickel and dime us and will use him again definitely if we need service again!!

Perry was pleasant and described repairs needed and quoted what I felt was a very reasonable price. Fixed and adjusted door so it is operating better than any time since I have owned house. I called this afternoon, was given a very affordable quote to fix our broken spring. We agreed on a time. Mr Perry was waiting for me in my driveway even before our agreed on time. He was in and out in less than 25 minutes and was very professional. I would recommend this company to anyone needing garage door work in this area.

Hands down the best prices and quality of work done by Derrick. I called all around San Antonio to get my springs changed to the torsion spring after my TorqueMaster springs broke and Derrick had the lowest prices for labor and all new parts. Emailed for a quote, received the quote in about 10 minutes, asked when they could come out and he said in about 30-45 minutes. They came out and my garage door was repaired within a half hour. My garage door springs decided snap apart on both doors. I was nervous of who to trust but I was lucky enough to find Perry's info through word of mouth. Several people I communicated with approved and highly recommended him and his work.
